Within our Data Science and Engineering (DSE) team, we utilize data to measure, optimize, and personalize our Customer Service investments. This enables us to provide a delightful, efficient experience and improve our product based on member feedback. We are now seeking an experienced Data Engineer (L5) to join our team, focusing on Customer Service. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled data engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build scalable data pipelines, and transform raw data into core business metrics.

About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with data engineers, software engineers, and Customer Service business owners to develop reliable, scalable data pipelines. You will transform raw data into actionable insights and work with custom visualization tools to surface Customer Service insights. Given the small team size, this role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong technical judgment, and the ability to work across the data stack, from pipeline development to business metrics and tools.
