Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure solutions for secrets management and distribution, central to most AWS services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop secure solutions for clients, ensuring the protection of their sensitive information.
- Participate in daily development and operation activities, including design reviews, code reviews, and implementation.
- Communicate with influential clients to understand their requirements and provide explanations of the technology.
- Own and shape the growth of multiple new components and features, accelerating your learning in a dynamic environment that values work-life balance.
Essential Qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, with a strong background in programming languages.
- 2+ years of non-internship experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Experience with software programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The base pay for this role ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
