We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Attendant. As a Home Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing daily living assistance and emotional support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
- Run errands and perform other tasks as needed to support clients' daily needs
- Monitor and document clients' vital signs and health status, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals, and provide support with medication management
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
Prior experience in caregiving, nursing, or a related field is not required, but may be beneficial. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Compassionate and caring personality, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum age 18 years old
