Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Store Asset Protection Manager to join our team at The Home Depot. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing asset protection strategies across multiple stores, driving results, and fostering a culture of safety and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective asset protection plans to minimize shrinkage and prevent theft
- Conduct investigations, interviews, and audits to identify and address potential security threats
- Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other stakeholders to enhance our brand's reputation
- Provide coaching, training, and development to asset protection team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address them
- Collaborate with store management and other teams to drive business results and achieve company goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in retail asset protection or a related field
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of multi-unit retail asset protection experience
- Leadership experience in a team environment
- Experience with investigations, interviews, and audits
- Knowledge of security systems and technologies
- LPC/LPQ certification
