As a remote Marketing Campaign Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving business objectives through strategic marketing planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional team leadership.
About the Role
This is a 5-month (with likely extension) remote opportunity, requiring 40 hours of work per week. As a W-2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions, you will enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, and a 401K plan.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, plans, and content for global campaigns to drive new audience acquisition, pipeline development, and pipeline acceleration aligned to business goals.
- Map content story arcs to buyer personas and orchestrate tactics, assets, and messages that align to the buying stages.
- Design and maintain a captivating customer journey across all engagement vehicles to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and agencies to drive the creation of required content and assets.
- Test, measure, and optimize all campaign elements to meet pipeline goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development in global B2B High Tech companies.
- Proven ability to drive big ideas aligned to strategic thinking, connecting brand to campaign execution activities.
- Experience in reviewing and critically appraising content and messaging fit for purpose across a customer journey.
- Fundamental understanding of good-practice digital demand generation planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive consensus around a clear vision, objective, and timeline across teams.
- Bachelor's Degree.
