We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Program Manager to support our customer's business needs on a contract basis. As a Marketing Program Manager at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in coordinating and executing marketing programs, developing new business opportunities, and expanding our product line.

Position Highlights
- Location: Remote (with preference for Mountain View, San Francisco, or San Diego, CA)

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
- Negotiate and prepare contracts, considering financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements
- Develop new business opportunities and expand product line
- Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules, develop solutions to program problems, and direct work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments
- Act as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
- Prepare proposals to win new programs
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of recent experience in Project/Program management
- Recent work experience in Marketing/Sales/Customer Service
- Cross-functional leadership: ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with preference in GTM processes and experience working with product and channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and manage stakeholder expectations
- Flexibility: adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity
