Job Summary
The Manager of Public Cloud Forecasting is a strategic leadership role that ensures alignment of Data and Analytics functions with organizational goals. You'll lead the development of multi-year cloud forecasting plans, advanced analytics, and models to drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong blend of technical, business, and leadership skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Cloud leadership to drive operational metrics improvement and manage cloud planning and forecasting.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive multi-year cloud forecasting plans, encompassing multiple public cloud environments.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to support long-term growth plans, improved planning efficiency, and consistent performance of infrastructure capacity levels.
- Deliver effective Cloud Analytics and reporting across the Cloud business, leveraging Analytics and tools.
- Work cross-functionally to understand business data and analytics needs and establish platform strategies.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Equivalent working experience is also acceptable.
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Executive Data Management, Data Analytics, or Cloud leadership within a fast-paced organization.
- Experience in Demand and Capacity planning for hyperscaler environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven experience in leading large infrastructure architecture programs, teams, and cloud infrastructure architecture management.
- Successful experience in building and leading data & analytics organizations or practices.
