As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent, you will conduct consultations, assess financial needs, and guide members through benefit enrollment processes while providing ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily phone consultations with members from our established database
- Assess financial needs and present appropriate life and supplemental benefit solutions
- Clearly explain coverage options and guide members through the enrollment process
- Maintain ongoing communication to answer questions, provide updates, and resolve concerns
- Support existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance
- Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
