Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all customers
• Prepare real food by hand every day in our restaurant, using wholesome ingredients and following our recipes
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and provide support to your colleagues
• Develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program, with opportunities for advancement and career growth
• Participate in ongoing learning and development, staying up-to-date on new menu items, procedures, and initiatives
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for serving others
• Desire to learn how to cook and prepare food using our recipes and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
• Be at least 16 years old

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry, or in a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
