Position Overview – Business Objects Data Coaching Specialist (Full‑Time, Remote)

We are urgently seeking a dynamic, experienced Business Objects Data Coach who will serve as the subject‑matter authority for our client services team and act as the primary conduit between complex data analytics solutions and end‑users across the healthcare fraud landscape. • Help Desk Collaboration: Partner with the internal help desk to resolve technical and data‑related questions from end‑users, escalations, and troubleshooting issues related to Business Objects, SAS, and related platforms.
