Job Description
We're seeking passionate, service-oriented, and positive individuals to join our Studio Crew team in West Hollywood. As a Studio Crew member, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the studio's aesthetic and atmosphere, and supporting our instructors and riders. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish
- Assist Studio Management with daily tasks and projects, including studio maintenance, retail operations, and event planning
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative to ensure the studio runs smoothly and efficiently
- Support SoulCycle instructors with class check-in processes, ensuring a seamless experience for riders
- Work collaboratively with all SoulCycle staff members to maintain a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Assist with training and coaching new hires for the front desk staff team, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations, ensuring riders have access to the latest merchandise and gear
- Uphold the distinct SoulCycle aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture, ensuring the studio remains a welcoming and inspiring space
- Perform studio cleaning and prepping tasks, including cleaning exercise equipment, floors, and mirrors, as well as common areas and bathrooms
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of personalities and backgrounds
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills, with a positive and proactive approach to resolving issues
- A positive, can-do attitude, with a willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
- Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
This role requires:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for long durations of time, with a willingness to perform physical tasks as needed
- Ability to lift and carry a maximum of 30lbs, with a willingness to assist with studio maintenance and cleaning tasks
